12 – 8 pm

After some time apart working in various industries, long-time restaurant co-workers, John Herbert & Anthony Torres reconnected in 2017 and decided to venture into the food truck business together. The Big Black Food Truck was born. For John & Anthony, food is a passion. Their art is creating a delicious and surprising dining experience that will overwhelm your every sense. While most food trucks specialize in one cuisine, their plan was to always provide a menu that gives customers a little bit of everything. Since 2017, they have established a strong customer base and created great relationships with the local community, schools and fellow businesses. The Big Black Food Truck pledges to always provide exceptional customer service and continue to improve their menu every year.

Friday, July 18: How U Dogin
12 – 8 pm

In the heart of Deer Park, NY, there’s a hot dog haven known as How U Dogin. Raised on the legacy of a hot dog truck, the owner brings a fresh twist to the classics while staying true to tradition. It’s a doggone good time on wheels!

Sink your teeth into The Brauhaus, an incredible creation featuring an all-beef hot dog nestled in a warm pretzel bun, topped with beer cheese, sauerkraut, fried onions, bacon jam, more beer cheese, and a sprinkle of scallions. It’s a wurst-case scenario turned into a flavor sensation! But that’s just the beginning of the bun-less adventure! How U Dogin offers delights like El Jefe with pico salsa, pickled red onions, jalapeños, avocado cilantro crema, chipotle crema, and cotija cheese on a brioche bun. Feeling adventurous? Try The ‘K’arolina, featuring pulled pork, coleslaw, pickled red onions, and Carolina gold mustard on a brioche bun.

From the spicy kick of The Jalapeño ‘Pop’ Dog to the hearty comfort of The Chipotle Chili Dog, there’s a dog for every palate and occasion. Plus, don’t miss out on the classic hot dog, served with soda and chips, or upgrade to a sausage and pepper hero for a truly satisfying meal. So why wait? Book How U Dogin for your next celebration, corporate event, or food festival and let the hot dog festivities begin!
